The film doesn't lie, and unfortunately for one of these teams, I've watched it. Two eliminated teams, one meaningless game, and me, contractually obligated to describe it. On one side, Yousef at 11-4. On the other, Ahmad at 10-6, armed with optimism and little else. Sunday will sort this out the way it sorts everything: rudely.

Of course, 'should' is the most dangerous word in this league, usually spoken right before Karim ruins someone's weekend. Issa is on a 4-game run and has begun using the word 'dynasty' in casual conversation. The booth is monitoring the situation. Lineups lock soon. So do fates.
