SEASON 2026

WEEK 3

Week HighAziz160.9
Week LowTarick86.6
THE WEEKLY REPORT: twelve teams, six games, zero accountability.

Omar A. annihilated Tarick by 58.5, a score differential normally reserved for scrimmages against air. Mustafa hung 139.5 on Issa and never looked back, winning by 49.7 in the week's designated execution. Omar H. put 148.5 on Zaid in a 36.6-point mugging that should interest law enforcement. Ahmad took care of Okashah, 134.3-103.9, workmanlike and forgettable. Aziz beat Karim 160.9-132.4 and nobody will remember it by Thursday. Adil got past Yousef, 115.0-91.8, in a game the tape will file under 'fine, whatever'.

Aziz's 160.9 led the league this week, and yes, we all have to hear about it. Tarick brought up the rear with 86.6, a number you can achieve by autodrafting and losing your phone.

Championship watch: Karim keeps stacking points. Sacko watch: Tarick. No further questions.

THIS WEEK IN LEAGUE HISTORY: In 2023, Omar H. dropped 156.6 on Adel in this same week — a public execution the league still references. Week 3 of 2024: Okashah beat Omar A. by 56.6, a beating the tape still uses as training material. Week 3 of 2025: Mustafa beat Karim by 72.2, a beating the tape still uses as training material.

Same time next week, unless the commissioner finally has this booth silenced.

Pregame · The Booth

Good evening from the booth, where hope comes to be audited. Zaid (0-2) and Omar H. (1-1) come in dead even on paper, which is a polite way of saying neither has earned my respect. On to the action, where the points are made up and the projections don't matter.

Postgame · The Booth

FINAL: 148.5 to 111.9. Omar H. did what good teams do; Zaid did what Zaid does. Omar H. improves to 2-1 and has earned exactly one week of walking slightly taller. Use it wisely. Now 0-3, Zaid enters the part of the season where 'mathematically alive' does a lot of heavy lifting.

Pregame · The Booth

Strap in, folks. Somebody's week is about to be ruined, and I get paid to watch. Shia Killer (0-2) versus CRASHEE RICE (1-1). Vegas calls this a pick'em. I call it mutually assured mediocrity. Let's see whose projections were lies.

Postgame · The Booth

Omar A. put 145.1 on the board; Tarick responded with 86.6 and, presumably, a formal apology to his roster. Tarick scored 86.6, the lowest in the league, a number that will follow him into at least three future write-ups. Starting now. Omar A. improves to 2-1. Credit where due, and I do mean the bare minimum of credit. Tarick is now 0-3, and the tape suggests that's generous.

Yousef

Adil

Pregame · The Booth

Settle in. The projections say this one's close. The projections have been drinking. Adil sits at 2-0, Yousef at 1-1, and the only real separation between them is whose kicker shows up. Let the games begin. Let the group chat suffer.

Postgame · The Booth

Talkin Tua Teenager wins 115.0-91.8 in a game the tape will file under 'competent, mostly.' Adil moves to 3-0. A real analyst would call that momentum. I'll call it a stay of execution. Yousef falls to 1-2. The group chat has been notified. The group chat was already laughing.

Karim
(I LaPorted the Nabers)
132.4@160.9
Aziz
(To Infinity and Bijan)
Pregame · The Booth

Grab your popcorn. One of these rosters was built by a genius, the other by a group chat dare. Aziz at 1-1 against Karim at 2-0. The analytics call it even. The analytics have not met these men. Somebody tell the benches to stay warm. They usually outscore the starters around here.

Postgame · The Booth

160.9-132.4. The kind of result you forget by Thursday unless you're Karim, in which case it lingers. Combined 293.3. If you blinked, you missed forty points and at least one act of villainy. League-best 160.9 for Aziz this week. The booth acknowledges excellence the way it acknowledges everything: reluctantly. That's 2-1 for Aziz. Say what you want about the man — the booth certainly will — but the wins are real. Karim falls to 2-1. The good news: it can't get worse. The bad news: I said that last week too.

Ahmad
(Raventus)
134.3@103.9
Okashah
(Mohammad's Dolphins Team)
Pregame · The Booth

This is the matchup the schedule-maker circled, presumably while laughing. On paper this is a coin flip: Mohammad's Dolphins Team at 1-1, Raventus at 0-2. On tape, it's two teams praying the other starts the wrong flex. Buckle up. The projections have chosen violence.

Postgame · The Booth

Raventus over Mohammad's Dolphins Team, 134.3-103.9. The box score reads like a shrug, and the booth respects an honest shrug. 1-2 for Ahmad, who gets to spend a full week believing his own process. Dangerous stuff. 1-2 for Okashah. Every loss has a lesson; this one's lesson was 'stop doing that.'

Mustafa
(Waiver Sniper)
139.5@89.8
Issa
(Shamjesus)
Pregame · The Booth

The scoreboard is warming up and so is my disappointment. Records: 1-1 and 2-0. Identical enough that both fanbases — populations of one — are equally nervous. Sunday will sort this out the way it sorts everything: rudely.

Postgame · The Booth

Waiver Sniper 139.5, Shamjesus 89.8. In the film room we call that a 'teaching tape.' Issa, you were the lesson. Mustafa is 3-0 now. The booth has updated his file from 'concerning' to 'under review.' Issa sits at 1-2 and has begun using the phrase 'points against' unprompted. A cry for help.
